Last year they invited the public to the Halloween Party/Contest. We asked ahead of time the rules for the contest but we were never told you had to be a member. Then when we got there they said we could not win anything because we were not members, but they let us vote for someone who was a member. Not sure how this works LOL It must be a southern...
