North Star Rodeo — Local services in Chisholm

Fun, family event! Effe, MN. Bull riders, women barrel riders, young people riding too! Announcers are fun, clever and entertaining! Silly cames and clowns as well. It's a classic! Be sure to where your cowboy hat and boots! You will be in great company. Seems to go from about 2-5 pm the last days of July each year. Bleachers are hard and uncomfortable..so bring a cushion or something to sit on. Loved the way they had the the tents for shade over much of the bleachers. Some people had small coolers in the stands. Many campers for the several days of Rodeo. Price for the day was $18 adult, $10 kid. If you go Sunday it will likely end early and then you get stuck with all the RVs and campers leaving as well. Took about a half hour to exit the grounds. Easy to find with Rodeo signs up in the town. Little to no cell reception. Food to buy if you want. ...
