Dollar General — Local services in Choconut Township

Sunday morning 9:15 doors locked no one inside. Several people waiting outside. Fortunately market across the street open. Well staffed market. Dollar general extremely poor upper level management. Several times store not open during regular business hours. Also rarely fully stocked shelves. Many items out of stock for several weeks and over a month at a time. Good as far as Dollar General stores go. Employees were friendly and helpful, however, I visited the store to get some essential items during the Covid-19 pandemic and there were some customers walking around the store without masks on with nobody enforcing the Pennsylvania mandated policy. They will most likely be loosing my business until they start enforcing the rules or this pandemic is over, whichever...

This is one of best maintained DG I have been in. The isles were clear and the shelves were well stocked. I actually felt compelled to walk up and down the isles and look around. I did have to wait a bit too long for the cashier to come out of the office to clear a self-checkout error, but other than that it was a nice store. I would definitely shop this...
