Wow!!! Contacted Brian Loyd about getting an estimate on a Generac generator and despite my limited needs he kept trying to push me to get the very biggest, most expensive system that Generac makes which was out of my budget. I reevaluated my situation and came up with another plan that would greatly reduce my electrical needs by almost 50%, thus allowing me to downsize to a much smaller unit. Many repeated attempts to contact him with text and phone calls have resulted in ZERO response from him.
