Had a whole hog processed at Chugs. I never received a text or call that anything was done and it's a bit far for me to drive to check in (2hrs one way). I only got voicemail when I made it that far on the phone (sometimes hung up during the voicemail message) and it seemed my hog was done for a couple weeks before a friend of mine picked it up (while picking his up). We ended up getting some of someone else's sausage mixed in with our hog (but the sausage weight was what we paid for, 48lbs roughly). The brat's were straight cut and open ended which for an extra $4/lb (on top of the processing and butcher fees) they should be perfect and instead of getting aix of both requests we just got one. That's my gripe (communication and quality control).
