TERRIBLE! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! From start to (maybe) finish. They showed up pretty quickly and gave me a very low ball offer with some excuse of they aren't getting paid enough to even take the car, not my problem. Next the guy didn't bother to secure his paperwork and I had to help him chase down all his paperwork that blew away with the wind, 3 car titles were almost lost. After accepting the low ball offer on the condition the car was removed that day, this was Saturday morning. (We are moving and need the space for the u haul shipping containers to pack. It's imperative this car be removed quickly and that was communicated to the worker). I could have waited until Monday and found a better offer. Tuesday night 5p.m. car is still sitting there. I finally call the guy to find out what is going on. He says he doesn't know. Has no idea when they're coming for the car. At this point I was still being nice, and he had the nerve to tell me to change my tone because I asked for the title back. Like I was in the wrong. He was so rude. So now I'm rude. I told him to bring me my title because I found another offer and I'm taking it. He told me he would call me back with the answer. At 8:30p.m. my husband finally called him and he told him the truck would come tonight. We asked what time. He didn't know. Maybe 11p.m.? What? Sorry we go to bed at 9. He said he would go to office first thing in the morning and bring my title. He would have it to us by 10a.m. it is now 11:30a.m the car is still here and I have no title to sell it to someone else even though I have found another offer. I was in a time crunch and this was probably the 1st company I contacted. Customer service could use a little tweaking when it comes to time, but otherwise this wasn't a bad experience. ADAN came out and conducted the business at hand. Everything was quick and easy and done in the friendliest fashion. The vehicle pick up is another story. Got a 24-48hr window for pick up but a request to rush was placed. No pick up 24hrs later, not even 48hrs later but 36hrs later.... Houston we have lift off! I'm assuming the tow truck guy was just busy bcuz what started out as a pick up time of 10 turned into 12 and eventually became 1:45! Hallelujah!
