I’m just making this review as a forewarning for people planning to go to this venue. We went to see Ryan Upchurch for our first time here. The line to get in was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never been to a music venue that has one line. It was at least over a mile long. I got there and was told the person who had the tickets goes first in the group. My husband grabbed my attention to make sure I heard. I responded to my husband and said yes I’m just waiting. One of the staff members told me if I don’t like it I can leave the line. I wasn’t even trying to cause any disrespect to the staff or anyone. I was letting my husband know I knew what was going on.
Going in be prepared to stay in another line. Because you’ll need to if you want merchandise. Surprisingly that one moved a little more quickly.
The venue was crowded. You have absolutely no room to move. I did see that there was a lot of people from a postponed concert there. So that may be the issue. But there was no moving room. I didn’t even make an attempt to use the bathroom or get a drink because it would have been a pain to find my husband. I’ve been to plenty concerts that have more access to the bar or bathrooms than this place.
If you stand near the only VIP entrance that I believe to be there. Have fun. People are constantly trying to go in and out so you’re always being squished onto someone else. You don’t get to enjoy the show. I don’t know why people from the VIP are leaving to get drinks not in the VIP area. There should be a bar for the VIP people.
The venue is just way too crowded. Like I said I don’t know if it’s due to the circumstances above. But take it into consideration before you come to see...
Read moreThe one star is for the talent and they deserved 5 stars. BUT the employees at this place are plain RUDE and disorganized. We were treated poorly from will call window where we were told to go in not one but TWO emails and a female bartender literally yelling at people. The place smells like pure hell especially where our VIP experience was held. It smelled like old mold and bad food! You could do better when people pay good money to see concerts and especially have paid beyond extra for VIP. And tonight’s show was supposed to be about love and Togetherness. Thank God for the talent because the employees are just unbelievable. The doors were supposed to open at 5:30 and that didn’t happen. We were standing direct 90 degree heat & straight sun, no shade. A woman passed out on the sidewalk because we stood there WAY too long! This place is a dump! The photo is of the area where the meet and greet took place for the VIP. They could have and should have done better by this popular artist! I will never return there for another show and heard several others saying the same! Good look to all the music fans visiting this dump full of...
Read moreIf I could give a negative score I would. I attended a show and during that time an emergency situation occured. Staff were yelling to get out of the way. Then the metal railing divider was shoved up into my foot because of the staff. My foot was cut badly. When I tried to get medical help there wasn't even an area or first aid kit. No one was willing to help me or even get help. I was finally able to badage my own foot. When I reached out to the manager he did not believe me at all. He was not compassionate in any way. All I asked for from him was to ensure that measures are taken to have first aid avaliable in the future and to refund my $50 ticket to compensate for the pain and suffering that I endure due to the negligence of their staff. I had to get a tetanus shot and start an antibiotic to prevent infection in my wound. He said there was no way he would give me a refund. He refused to believe me and hung up on me. I am furious and seriously concerned about the lack of professionalism. Most of all the lack of compassion for another...
