Third time I've attempted to use this location, all three were complete failures. First time I went, I attempted to order and Iced Mocha. This was available to order at their counter on the kiosk, but once ordered I was told by the woman at the counter that they didn't make those and I would have to "make it myself" at their self-service coffee area. Second visit they did not have any egg nog, this honestly isn't their issue specifically but was disappointing as it was the height of the holidays. Third visit we came in around 930pm for a milkshake. Two people were behind the counter, as we walked off one took off laughing. The one that remained stated "I regret to inform you that the ice cream counter is closed as he's going to be the only one here". They weren't actively doing anything to indicate they were closing the area and were laughing with each other when we walked up. Won't come here a fourth time, will stick with the one on...

I visited the one on Beachmont and they were super slow. Three people behind the cash register but only one making milkshakes 5 staff in the store total. One was cleaning, one was slowly making our shakes. While the other three just stood at the front with no one in line. The renovation is great and all but the 2nd shift staff is always slow. Please train your staff to do better cause I'd hate to see what it's like when their's a rush. Update Went back months later still slow. It seem no matter what time of day you go it still takes what seems to be 10-15 minutes tonget your order even more so correct.I understand shortly after the renovation and every one os still getting used to the new computer system.
