Bounce Genie- Bounce House, Water Slide and Party Rental Service — Local services in Citrus Park

We have used Bounce Genie for 3 years now. We use the website to find the availability of the waterslides we like and reserve everything online. The office sends us an email and text message of the confirmation. Then they confirm a drop off date and time a day or two before the party. The best part is that they usually drop off the day before the party! So the kids get a pre party quality check on the Waterslide before the rest of the kids show up. They love that! The slide comes clean and the crew are very friendly and informative in the best placement of the slide. The same crew came the day after the party to pick up the slide. I felt bad because I cut the grass the day before the party and grass clippings were everywhere from the kids. They hosed it and wiped it all down. (tipped them for the extra mess) WOW! They are professional and the company runs so smoothly. I'm so happy with this company and won't work with anyone else. Here's to many more...

Well i must say my daughter had a fantastic birthday thanks to bounce genie i want to add that i would and will use them again and recommend them to anyone and everyone ! Now lets get to the facts the 2 young men that were in charge of attending to my needs were amazing stone and Malcolm i wanna thank you both for going the extra mile to make my daughters 5th birthday as wonderful as it was ! Renting from Bounce Genie was fast as tic from the beginning to the end. Bounce Genie did not show up on a Google search when I originally researched bounce houses for my soon to be 16 year old God Daughter. All the companies I called said they do not rent for ages over 12. My God Daughter checked around on her own and found Bounce Genie. I called to confirm that they do rent for over 12 year old. She selected the one she wanted. I ordered online and added the insurance just to be safe. Bounce Genie sent several text messages regarding rental, delivery window and when to expect them. They indeed delivered the day before the event and picked it up after the event. The crew even cleaned up the yard. I strongly recommend Bounce Genie!
