Forever 6ix Custom Apparel — Local services in City of Hornell

I ordered some embroidered work apparel over three months ago, and was told it would be a 4-6 week turnaround. I understand that sometimes things are delayed, but I have not heard a single thing from the company about the whereabouts of my order. I have emailed them multiple times, as well as calling and not being able to leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full, all with no response. I am EXTREMELY aggravated as I spent over $100 on my order and am not able to figure out what is going on. I have, literally, never in my life worked with a business that is as unprofessional as Forever 6ix! Took a large order to them and was told it would be done in 4-6 weeks. The owners would call at 10:30 and 11 at night to ask questions that they already had the answer too and they still made major mistakes. It took having to badger them endlessly before we got our order which took over four months to get. The owners also called and asked for payment before our order was completed. If I could give 0 stars I would. A few of us ordered u of r logo apparel from them. It took 3 months to receive one of our orders, we only got 5/7 items ordered. The quality of the products we did receive was terrible, lettering is falling off and haven’t even worn yet. No one answers their phone when you try to call. Another nurse hasn’t received her order and she ordered before us and also can’t get a hold of anyone. Another nurse was offered a refund months ago but hasn’t gotten that and also has tried to get in touch with them....
