I have placed several orders (100+) through this company because it is easy and close for local pick-up (free shipping) and the prices are generally the least expensive. BUT I would much rather pay additional costs to forgo all the crap with dealing with this company. Nearly EVERYTHING I have ever purchased always includes damaged/defective items. Their Customer Service is Appalling! I have ONLY ever communicated with them face-to-face in person. They say one thing and do another and then, I'm left in the position of having to defend myself based on what the same woman instructed me to do originally, but now, has changed what she said originally. "I wouldn't have initiated a return in this manner unless I was instructed to do so, which is exactly what you told me to do less than 2 weeks ago!" Also, there are MANY reviews indicating that this website as being NOT SECURE which is TRUE. I have always paid through PayPal, and after reading a few reviews, I thought "Gosh, these poor people, I'm glad I luckily have never had incidents because my method of payment is PayPal." Upon completing my last order (within 12 minutes) my paypal account was hacked and charged over $700 through various sites. I have had PayPal since 2001 and have never had my account compromised. And the last time the account was used was nearly 5 weeks prior to this transaction. I would NEVER RECCOMEND purchasing from this site or dealing with this company. You may have a few decent, satisfied transactions, but then you'll be blindsided and...
Read moreI received an email advertising acrylic risers on sale. I ordered 7 of them and Nile Corp charged my account on 8/1/14. I then receive a call on 8/4/14 to tell me the price they advertised was incorrect. Instead of $2.60 each they are $10 each. How can you advertise a sale price and then call the customer and tell them the price was wrong and expect me to take the loss? I had already sold 5 of these to my customers. What am I suppose to tell them? Nile should have honored the price they advertised and then made the correction for future purchases. It isn't my fault they advertised the wrong price yet they make my business look bad because I have to go back to my customers and tell them I have to charge them 3 times more than what I quoted them!! They weren't willing to do anything to compensate me for their error. Not to mention they had already charged my bank account for the order that hadn't even gone out yet.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD...
Read moreIm a private seller for selling jewelleries online. I used to go to downtown LA to buy all my accessories until I have found Nile Corp lately. They have large selection of display, display cases, bust, and even packaging materials that fit my needs. Their customer service reps are super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me excellent advice on what suit the best for taking pictures and so forth. Now I don't need to drive far for buying packaging materials or display anymore. I will definitely return. They currently are having a new promotion for giving away a very high-end jewelry organizer which is very elegant and nicely built. My girlfriend would love it! Today picking up my order at Nile make it a win-win situation! Don't believe other bad reviews. You won't be...
