R D's Gorge View Lanes LLC — Local services in City of Little Falls

We had our birthday party here for my daughter and niece. We rented it from 3-5pm on a Sunday. We showed up at 2:30 to decorate and we had to wait until roughly 3:20 before the lanes were even ready for the kids to bowl. Mind you we were the only ones in the entire building. We waited an hour for our pizza that had been pre ordered. The drinks came out around 4:00. Flat soda and we ordered Pepsi and mountain dew. We got Pepsi and water. The pizza was burnt and gave everyone a stomach ache. We were told at 4:15 that we had to stop bowling because your only allowed an hour of bowling. You could not get service in this place to save your life. We ended up rushing the kids to finish and open up presents so we could leave. Seemed to be one person maybe two working. I never saw the second person. The lady had stayed in the kitchen the entire time. I will not recommend anyone having a birthday party here. ( Unless your a regular from what I hear). They were having a bowling competition when me and my husband got there and at first said we couldn’t play then they let us play when they checked. The lane we played in broke down twice and we only had played one game and they charged us $16 !!!! That’s crazy I’ve never payed that much and there lanes weren’t even electronic but had to write on paper the score. I used to bowl in high school and always enjoyed the game so I was very disappointed...

They're never open when they say they are, and it's close to impossible to get a hold of anyone. We've made plans twice based on their hours, and both times it was closed. The pizza is wonderful and we loved going here; we've had birthday parties for our kids there because the kids love it, too. I don't think management cares anymore, and its a shame. Very...
