A service reminder was displayed on our water softening system. When I called the number on the screen I was told the system was not purchased from WATERCURE but they would contact the person who the system came from. When I didn't hear back I called again and was given Lance's number and was told to contact him. Lance informed me he would be out to service the unit in a few days. A month and a half went by never hearing from anyone I called another service to take care of the system. The technician came out and had a difficult time replacing the lens in the UV unit because it was installed to close the basement celling. He had to take the unit apart to complete his work. The poor placement caused an additional hour of work. We are still confused on the seller of the unit and will certainly not contact them again. We also face additional cost to have the unit replumbed the next time it needs to be serviced.

WOW! Customer service is 100% front and center! If you are in the market for updates or have any questions about your well system, you can feel confident when you call Watercure USA. We were able to schedule an inspection of the well when our home inspector was on site. Ben completed the inspection, and collected a water sample that was sent to an independent lab. This process was key to our decision to buy the house. The entire team at WaterCure USA continues to be focused on our satisfaction with the completed installation. They have followed up and to make sure we are comfortable regarding the ongoing function of our new well water filtration system. We know that we can call anytime and they will be quick to respond. THANK You ALLISON, BEN, ED, CHRIS, and (Owner) Anne and her daughter. We are new to Western NY and will continue to share Watercure USA's name and number with everyone we meet.

Watercure administration staff was fast and professional assigning me a rep to test my water and fix scheduling conflicts. Once Drew (the tester) was here he calmly explained all the systems, my base needs, and anything that could be a nice add-on but not strictly necessary. I never felt like I was being oversold or convince to get something I didn't need. Next the installer Robert did a great job at removing my old sub-par unit and installing the new one exactly where and how I wanted it. They were are the more expensive side but the quality appears to be there. Two weeks after the initial install I asked them back to do a sanity test on the and all readings were good! Overall = Friendly, Professional, Fast, Good Quality

We have well water and a softener that was already installed when we bought the house. We never drank it because of the smell and just never trusted it. We were buying bottled water for years and we were sick of the bags of bottles and having to return them. We weren't a fan of drinking out of the plastic either so we found a number of places at the home show. We had them all come out and give estimates for RO and UV system. Other places were insanely higher and they tried selling us on a different softener. It was nice that Drew said if it isn't broke, then leave it alone. Weird but awesome that someone wasn't trying to sell you something you didn't need! BTW Drew is amazing! Super nice, down to earth guy that sat and talked with us for hours about random things, not just selling a product. So anyways, we opted for the whole home UV and RO at the kitchen sink through them. I can not believe we waited soo long to get this done! The time and money we spent on buying bottled water was paid for in less than a year. And a couple other weird things to note: and to be honest, kind of gross, is that we have 2 dogs and 3 cats. I give all the animals the RO water since it was installed. We were having a garage sale and the neighbors brought their dog over and it needed water. So we were outside and I just used the outside water to fill the bowl. Well my dogs would not drink a lick of that water. They went to the bowl, sniffed it and just looked at me. I was amazed by that! So i went in and brought out some RO water and they drank it right up. And the last thing that really pushed me to write the review(I kept forgetting!), I fill glass bottles when we leave the house with the RO water. I only brought one that day and went to visit at my friends house. She uses the water from her fridge filtered. I ran out of my water and filled my bottle for the ride home. When I got home, I dumped the remaining water into the dogs water dish. No one would drink out of that bowl. Three cats and both dogs were all sitting in the kitchen waiting for water. it was like they were waiting in line for water but didnt want what was there. I dumped the water out, rinsed it, and filled it with the RO water. All the animals started drinking. So that really put it into perspective for us and to be honest, was pretty disturbing! Three cats and two dogs wont drink filtered city water and waited for the RO water! Wish I would have done...

We are extremely happy with WatercureUSA. We researched and spoke with several companies and Drew was the only one who listened to my health concerns and worked with us to have the water in our bathroom as well as kitchen. We ended up getting a whole house system as well as RO for drinking. I am VERY happy with the products, company and people. Josh came out to install everything, it was so easy. He was here on time, knowledgeable, professional and very nice. He did a GREAT JOB with the install. He thought about where to place the systems and asked a quick question or two, to ensure that the system would not be in our way. I so appreciate this as we have had the system for over 5 months now. In the past we had another company install two water systems and the whole process was exhausting and when I mentioned about location and functionality; they did not care, and it was always in the way. THANK YOU Josh, for being so thoughtful and thorough. I would highly recommend WatercureUSA to anyone looking to have a water filtration system in their house. The health benefits are huge. Do some research to find out what is in normal tap water and what it is doing to our health and then contact WatercureUSA. Thank you so much as we are very happy...

We've had our water system for 2 months now and we could not be happier with it! We were researching a water system for a few weeks and decided to have someone come test our water (Anderson Water Systems) and we were shocked to find out how bad our water is! They ended up quoting us for a whole house system with reverse osmosis for $7,000. We knew we wanted the system no matter what but we wanted to get some other quotes. This is where WaterCure USA came in and we cannot say more good things about the company! Drew came to our house and was very personable with us and we immediately felt like we were in good hands! He explained everything in detail to us and the quote we got was much lower than Anderson & everything in the water system is made in the USA! Does not get better than that! They were back to set it up within the week and only took a few hours. Kevin installed our system and he was very professional and kind. He explained everything to us on how it works and answered all of our questions. You will not regret going with this company! It's amazing how quickly you notice the filter system working! Your water actually feels "softer!" Your soap is more sudsy and you use much less detergent with clothes and dishes! Its worth...
