Purchased a toro push mower from this location used it once and already having issues tried to return mower to swap to a different brand and the store manager informs me I have to take it 40 miles to another ace hardware to have it serviced so after spending 500 dollars on a piece of junk I have to invest more time and money into getting my money back while my grass still needs to be done all while on the bottom of my receipt States I have 30 days to return item if it has problems or does not meet my needs but the store owner says that's for unused still in the box material but how do you know if it has problems if you don't use it all in all do better...

I purchased a new Stihl weed eater from Ace hardware in Monticello Ga, Mr. Greg took the weed eater to the back to put fuel in it to make sure it started and handed it back to me. Upon being unhappy with my purchase I brought back the curve weed eater for a straight shaft weed eater and Mr. Greg said there are no refunds "I cannot do anything with that weed eater". But if I paid in cash using the $50 it would leave me shy a dollar. I asked if I paid with a card if I could get change for a $50.00. Their response was only if I was a reward member. Which I would of been if this store didn’t screw up my information.
