4 of us took a day trip from Long Island to taste a few of their intriguing concoctions. Wow! What a worthwhile trip.Brian did the tasting for us, and he was terrific - extremely knowledgable, personable, and just a great guy. I ended up bringing home 7 different bottles - can't wait for my family and friends to taste them. Spirits Lab has some awesome spirits (vodka, bourbon) and premixed drinks. These premade drinks are not like you buy in your local liquor store. They are 38 proof and made with the finest ingredients (juices, etc.). I had the privilege of sampling them at Saratoga race track and thought they were phenomenal. The owners, Matt and his wife (Jenn?) were friendly and caring and that is reflected in their product. I also sampled their vodka and it was perhaps the smoothest I've ever had. My wife and I love this place. So very friendly and the cocktails are amazing. My ONLY criticism are the hours. Thursday is usually date night for us but by the time we get the kids squared away you are already closed. We made it in just in time on a Friday for one, so we usually are forced to wait for the weekend. If were open later on Thursday it would be so awesome (Friday too).
