7-Eleven — Local services in City of Niagara Falls

The one man who often works here overnight either just likes to jerk my chain or is in need of remedial training. Every time I present an in-store coupon at the register, he finds a reason not to honor it. My wife and I have been here often after I would pick her up from work. Tonight, there was a coupon for $0.75 off 2 Frito Lay snack-sized bags. My wife picked out a bag of Ruffles and I picked out a bag of Lays. Because the coupon displayed a bag of Cheetos, Ruffles, and Doritos, he wouldn't accept the coupon, and so I had to replace the bag of Lays with a bag of Ruffles. At least two times in the past, I tried to buy two bags of chips with a coupon, and he said it had to be the exact flavor displayed on the coupon. The business is supposed to be closed at 12 o’clock. I was there at 11:48 and the guy had the door locked. It would not open it. You should change your hours then. To 11:45. Ridiculous you don’t close at 12 o’clock then change your hours. The rude cashier who was working, said that we close at 12 but I have to count something. I lost my id last place I used it was this 7/11 I am currently calling the store to find out if they have it before I walk there. I have called 20+ times with no answer or they answer and push a button so it just beeps in my ear. All 7/11’s around my area are individually owned and these people will not get my business anymore. I am in this store so often they know what I’m getting the fact that I can’t get anyone to answer or not hold a button in my ear is so unprofessional. If I could give this place negative...
