My mother had an oil change done at the TLE center here and they completely ripped her off they changed the oil they did not read the owners manual because you are supposed to use synthetic oil for the Dodge Avengers Darts Chrysler Sebrings and Chrysler 200s with the 2.4l engine or the engine will eat itself alive if you use conventional oil but the non-regristered mechanics did not do that so now I have to look in the oil for metal fragments now and also the air filter replacement was not nessicary because it was still fine. Also I checked everything before it happened and the transmission fluid was "not acceptable" but it was perfectly fine because the car only had 11,268 miles on it . It did not need to be cleaned but yet they made her spend more money cleaning it when I cleaned it three days before the oil change and now she is missing the auxiliary cord for the radio. And they put the oil in the dip stick tube and not where the filler cap is so now I'm spending my night cleaning the intake manifold and exhaust manifold because they didn't put the dipstick in properly which now there is a risk for a fire.    Read moreI traveled over the border yesterday to get some sugar free items that I can’t get here in Canada along with other groceries. I encountered a problem while trying to complete my purchase(a problem that would have sent me home with no groceries as well as wasted gas, toll fees and 3 hours driving. My Cashier Ryan was so kind and suspended the large order so that I wouldn’t have to redo everything and store my cart and items safely. I went to the customer service desk where I encountered Tasha and she tried her best to make things work, spending ample time trying to help. Enter Barb, who was so kind and understanding of my situation and also tried to help me with the issue bringing me to Sara the team lead, who after some time figured out a solution that would see me on my way back to Canada with my purchased items. Ryan even checked in on me and was happier than I was to have figured out a solution(such a gem). These wonderful people went over and above, taking time out of their day to make sure I was taken care of. I am forever grateful to such wonderful people that took a hard week for me and made it end on such a beautiful note. Faith in...

Mostly the staff is ok..but I never go to Electronics anymore as an associate there was horrible to me and other customers witness this incident. A lady that was a customer at the counter was hostile to me for asking for help since she was taking up a considerable amount of time having the only man working at the counter calling the phone company on the store phone to have her new activated. This she could have done on her own. The lady customer obviously worked at the store and felt entitled to have her own way. She yelled at me and was aggressive. I left the area and went straight to customer service. No one should have to be threatened and feel unsafe in a shopping experience. I made a complaint to management and he was helpful about the whole thing. I dont go to that store much at all now and never alone. I drive to another store miles away to not feel anxious about shopping for my monthly household supplies. Honestly, why is everyone so rude, angry and selfish self centered...
