Illegal practice and poor customer service! They don't have shipment of a product I've ordered 2 months ago. I got a email notice that NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT SHIP the items b/c they don't have it, they WON'T REFUND ME either. When I called, they hung me on me! No one called back. I told them I believe this is illegal in California. Don't think this policy is legal in Wisconsin either. We have used Boelter several times as our kitchen supplier, and they have never delivered what they were contracted to complete. Quality of product has been pathetic as well as management.
