To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my utter dismay and anger regarding the negligent upkeep of the area near my friend's grave. It has been two weeks since I brought to your attention the existence of a hole nearby, which has only worsened in size and severity over the past week. This level of incompetence and disregard is absolutely unacceptable, especially in a place as sacred as a cemetery. What baffles me even more is the complete lack of urgency and professionalism displayed by your staff. When I visited your office to inquire about the progress of the repair, I was met with the sight of five individuals idly sitting around, engrossed in their phones. This blatant display of disrespect towards the sanctity of the cemetery and the grieving individuals who visit it is appalling. It is your responsibility to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the cemetery grounds, particularly in areas surrounding graves. The fact that this responsibility has been so egregiously neglected is not only disrespectful to the memory of the departed but also poses a safety hazard...

This is a beautiful place for your loved ones, i would give it a 5 rating but i cant, only because when you spend the big bucks for a burial that's yours or a loved one they charge you the big bucks, which is understandable. But to use their products on their Niches, Crypts and so on like, A vase is $350.00 really, if you go online you can get them for $50 - $100.00. Why don't they let you buy your own items and if they look good and not congested it should be OK, otherwise please bring down your prices for your items. To me that's being...
