Our wedding was supposed to be at the Wainwright House in 2020, but was postponed to 2021 due to the pandemic. It happened that the Wainwright House was transitioning caterers and the new caterer for 2021 was Leslie (and Bartleby and Sage). Having Leslie as our wedding coordinator and caterer was the best thing that could’ve happened! She really advocates for her couples, and made our wedding day so amazing. As you can imagine, for a day with so many moving parts there are a million things that can go wrong. Any hiccup we had (big or small), Leslie was there to help us problem solve, and was incredibly responsive any time we had a question. She is truly a class act, and an absolute pleasure to work with. As for the food, we received so many compliments from our guests, and are beyond happy with the quality and quantity of it all! The day went by without a hitch, and we have nothing but amazing memories of our wedding day. We cannot thank Leslie enough for all of her efforts, and highly recommend having your wedding at the Wainwright House with...
Read moreI am a live painter who worked a wedding at Wainwright House and had to come say that they are amazing to work with, and I can only imagine an absolute dream for couples looking for an upscale, classy, and customized wedding experience. Natasha, the expert planner and coordinator, was on top of everything, wrangled all the vendors (there were a lot of us) and moving parts, ensuring the couple enjoyed themselves and got to focus on their love and celebration. It was truly one of the best weddings I have attended in my three+ years as a vendor. They had House of Catherine working design and branding, creating ab elevated, visionary experience for the guests. The food at wainwright is glorious - if you're like me that's so important! The waitstaff is impeccable. The entire experience was ace and anybody would be lucky to have their wedding at Wainwright with that...

And we got to sleep over in the mansion, having the entire place to ourselves. Not sure if they allow that anymore. We looked at some 20 venues and this was by far the most private and serene - after all, this was a family home at one point and it still...
