We bought new living room and bedroom furniture and had it delivered. Buying it was a good experience and what you would expect at a furniture store. I felt a little pressure sometimes but mostly not and the sales person was always friendly and trying to be helpful. She was careful to make sure that my wife was going to be happy with everything she was purchasing.
Our furniture was delivered today and we are almost completely happy with it. There is a problem with a broken drawer that couldn't be seen before or after delivery. We didn't notice until we went to load clothes in the dresser. So I called and emailed after hours to let them know the issue. This morning within 30 minutes of them opening I had both an email and voicemail from them (2 different people) wanting to make sure they knew for sure which piece of furniture so they could get me the replacement. They were awesome!
Now I must say, it took a month to get the new dresser in but they did replace the dresser, not just the drawer. And when the delivery guys (different than below but still awesome) dropped it off we looked it all over and one of the drawers opened and closed weird. They took the drawer out and reset everything on it and it works great now. It was just a little misaligned. The original delivery guys mentioned below were outstanding and the two guys today were just a professional and thoughtful.
Now the delivery. Wow. Jason and Nick were our delivery guys and they were OUTSTANDING! My wife arrived home just as they started unloading and every time they brought something in they made sure it was where she wanted it and if it wasn't perfect they adjusted it so she was thrilled. Read moreI rate this company really a 4.5-4.8. The sales person was not my favorite. She was great the first time we went there. Our second round she had a strange way of trying to sell the product and afterwards when I talked to her I felt like a bother. But the delivery people and the carpet layer were very pleasant. I did have a flaw on the table and a couple of rub marks on the sofa and chair but the sofa was already replaced and the chair and table are on order. I did have questions on the carpet because I believe it is a new kind and it has pet technology and warranty with it. Kelly was amazing and tried to answer all of my questions. I felt like he really would do anything he could to take care of any problems I may have. I would definitely recommend this company to others and will return when I want to make changes. The reason for the three stars on review was that the furniture we ordered was delivered without all the correct pieces that we paid for, which was frustrating. Apparently what we paid for was not what the store ordered. The delivery personnel showed proper concern and immediately made a call back to store to discuss the issue. I fully expected a follow up the following day to understand whether they had the missing piece in warehouse or whether it would have to be reordered.
