The countryside drive to this family owned dairy farm and creamery is breathtaking and soothing to the soul. The grounds could not be more charming with seating for adults, a playground for children and pens with the Shetland ponies, sheep, calves, and cattle I am always greeted with welcoming smiles and offers to taste the flavors of ice cream. The ice cream flavors are delicious and lactose free and the scoops are enormously generous They also carry their own milk and cheese curds in flavors that are so wholesome and tasty. The beef products in the freezercase are top quality from their farm as well. Can't wait to try the Wagu/Holstein brisket. I love this family business and the foods they raise and produce. Read moreThis was a very neat place. If you want some of the freshest milk possible here is the place to go. This place literally has a series of pipes coming from the milk barn up to the front where they bottle the milk make their own cheese. We had ice cream which they did not make but it was some of the best ice cream I've ever had to. The girl working said that her mom makes all the baked goods and everybody works at the family farm. Many varieties of fresh whole, non-homogenized, milk available. The raspberry was my favorite, but I tried the almond joy, the mint chocolate chip, and the chocolate and plain varieties and they are all wonderful. Definitely preferred over store-bought.
We also sampled and purchased some of the many varieties of cheese curds and ice cream and loved them as well.
