S/Y Beef Market — Local services in Claremore

I am so glad I finally stopped into this market. I have been on a search for years for a store like this between NJ, VA and now OK. This is the only market that not only sells their own farm raised products but sells them individually as well as in package deals versus just in package deals or full sections of the cattle. The prices are fair, the portions are large, you know everything is fresh and local and most of all the owners are beyond friendly. It is clear they aim to deliver a great service and product. Having owned and ran a few businesses myself, customer service is the most important thing to me. Here, I got to know the owners, the family, the business and their story. You won't find a place like this anywhere for the value. Even their ground beef is cheaper than Walmart and you know it's gonna be better quality. Love the idea of meat not having hormones and being “home grown”! The beef is raised right on the family farm so they know exactly what’s gone into raising them. IMHO…the meat has a much better flavor and doesn’t have the bone and minuscule pieces of gristle that you get in some of the box store’s ground beef. The filets that I bought there were probably the best I have ever eaten in my life. Also, the pork has been beyond awesome!!!! Plus, they also advertise their sales on Facebook! No more grocery store...

I got two of the best pies yesterday from S/Y. Brooke is always so friendly and so great to work with as well as being such a talented baker. Coconut cream is my favorite and she killed it, the chocolate meringue was pretty darn amazing as well. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing them. Their quality of beef is also some of the best around. If you’re in the market for some outstanding beef or pies, I fully recommend S/Y Beef Market...
