Dollar General — Local services in Claridon Township

I wouldn't recommend this store to someone i dislike I have never been treated worse by a MANAGER whom refused to identify herself or a superior in order to " protect " herself from getting reprimanded as i feel my family was racially profiled and refused to sell me product simply bc it was not on sale and full price i assume she looked at skin tone and assumed i couldn't pay full price , i also looked at the reviews and it seems alot of people if color get treated similarly , i was immediately talked to as if i was below her after being treated poorly and talked to poorly CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT but in krista holman ( store manager ) mindset she's the only one that matters it's her store she can do what she wants and treat people how she wants and people of color poorly serious change needs made...

Bought a bag of pistachios on a rack for 1.00 I get to the car and realize the receipt says 3.00 so I went back in to see if the cashier could fix it she tried said she didnt remember how all she said was she needed to find the other person on shift like 5 times but yet she stood there looking clueless she also didn't even look for him and she said she couldn't make the transaction yet tried to keep my pistachios. Needless to say I will never be back to this store she could've looked for...

I was very opposed to Dollar General for some time. After a few reluctant visits over several months I believe they have now won me over. The store is packed with just what you need, they're open a lot of hours and the location is convenient. Never been dissatisfied with my visits.
