The place is the same as any other hardware store, but it's the people that cause me to write this review. I've heard them be rude to people on the phone, insult others after they have made their purchase and left, and generally react as if they have never grown up and moved on from childish behavior. The last straw was an interaction today with my wife needing some paint mixed up for a project today. They were rude, and then as we were walking away they had to mock and mimic my wife when they thought we were out of war shot. I was told the wrong rental rates after calling twice to check prices, I called to figure out where the confusion came from and was addressed by the most disrespectful, rude, and down right nasty woman who insisted on shouting at me and yelling over me while I tried to figure out the $100 miscommunication. I had been renting equipment from there for 10 years with more than impeccable service to make up for the less than quality equipment, however I'd rather pay the extra money than be addressed by their lack luster...

I bought an LG washing machine in April. Nice washer. There was an unfortunate misunderstanding with regard to a service call, the resulting charges and a subsequent phone call.
