I got a puppy, paid 150. They did not vaccinces besides deworming. Didn’t even have it for a week before it started throwing up, and hair falling out, and not eating. Took it to the vet, vet said it was parvo. And the vet said I should call the pound because that’s where she had to get it because I have no other animals and don’t go out. First guy got an attitude with me so his boss got on the phone. The nice lady that sold me the puppy. But she wasn’t so nice. She offer to pay half. So 100 fo me to take supplies how and pray this is enough to get my 8 week puppy alive. What she really needed was to be hospitalized and the vet told them that. And now they got a bunch of infected dog most likely and I hope they are calling houses and following threw. Because this broke mine and my son’s heart. I’m an army veteran. And shouldn’t have been treated the way I was. And this puppy really deserves better. I’m giving her I’ve meds, oral med, spoon feeding her, giving her sponge bath. So please pray for my baby.(update, puppy died early this morning will be calling pound...
Read moreI adopted a cat from here on Friday April 3rd. I picked out the cat I wanted, found out her adoption fee had been sponsored, GREAT, so instead of leaving with my free kitty, I paid it forward and sponsored an adoption fee for another kitty. Got her home and noticed the next day that she had a huge mass on her abdomen (this was Saturday). When I called Monday at 12, I was basically explained to that this was “my problem” to deal with since I signed the contract also,I held the cat on the day I adopted her and “I should’ve noticed”! No!!! Your supposed VET should have noticed this if a full VET exam was performed!! I am so disappointed! I mean a mass doesn’t develop overnight. I understand things happen and health issues arise in owning an animal, however, as I mentioned this did not develop overnight!! I urge anyone adopting from this establishment to PLEASE go over your animal with a fine toothed comb because it’s obvious this hasn’t been done...
Read moreI adopted a dog from here back in the fall and she is the sweetest dog in the world. These people genuinely care about their animals and are very helpful with picking the right animal for you. Yesterday I went with my family and selected a dog for another family member, and the excitement from both the dog and the staff was heartwarming. They were very patient and let us walk around the facility until we found the right dog. They were open and honest about each dogs history and made time for us on a Sunday even though they are typically closed then. It’s nice to see these animals are well taken care of and well cared for by a passionate staff! Thank you for what you do and for multiple...
