This area is in need of lots of repairs and updates Bathroom Stalls- partially work,close/lock -Vanity tops are, busted -Hand Dryers never work Mirrors are scratched up and broken -No soap for hand washing -Signage needs replacment at overlooks The signage in the covered area need replaced/updated -..Lighting is bad outside with missing and burnt out bulbs Lights along walk patch busted and missing. Bathroom hand dryers have not worked in a long time. -Walkways need repainted *The entire area needs power washed and disinfectanted from ceiling to floors -Graffiti written on handrails and stalls and around men's urinals.
Added security cameras would be helpful in this area. Also, would love to see the entire area replanted in wildflowers.

Read moreThis place has a great view, that alone is enough reason to stop by here. Has easy access to a major road that goes through the park. Bathrooms are decent for being public, vandalism wasnt too bad. Plenty of shade during the summer season. A few picnic tables. Got very good service with T Mobile up here. Not a lot of parking, but I wouldnt imagine many people would spend a lot of time here. Spent the night up here in my camper, their wasnt any posted signs that said I couldn't. Read moreA drive along Scenic Highway Arkansas Seven requires a stop at Rotary Ann, a rest stop and overlook with a marvelous view of the Ozarks. Rotary Ann is a nickname used by the women’s auxiliary of the Rotary Club until the 1980s. Seeing the need for a rest stop along Hwy 7, they worked together with the highway and national forest departments to get the rest area built - the first in Arkansas.
