All of their vegetables are grown and produced within a stone's throw of Clatskanie and the quality of the meats, fish, vegetables, cheeses and preparations is astounding! They even host a pop-up bakery. Time it right and you'll land the freshest breads and bagels imaginable. Need protein? My personal go to is the tuna loin, grilled at an absurdly high heat, then placed on a bed of their lettuces and garnished with their fresh tomatoes. Their dried herb seasoning mix works perfectly on all their pork chops, sausages and chicken and we've grazed through most of them. The recurring word here is "fresh".
