Dillsboro Townhomes — Local services in Clay Township

Please dear lord don't move here. Me and my ol'lady have lived here a few months now and at first it wasn't so bad. Things went well and dandy for a while but you have no right to privacy or any control at all to who they let in to your apartment. If you have something that needs maintenance they will not let you know when they are coming. You will be lucky if the the managers tell you they are on their way. So if you work and have kids pray they know how to defend themselves from strange people walking in. There has been times when people have barged in without notice and without even knocking. Just comes right on in like they are the ones that live here. We have written letters, texted, and emailed not to be here as they will leave your door unlocked for anyone to take whatever they want. They will ignore your every request to be home for their arrival. Don't leave anything valuable out it will be taken. Plus our back door is held together with duct tape and a couple blocks of wood and the track is mangled as could be. The managers are not worth dealing and have no respect for you or boundaries. Anything would be better than these townhomes. Go somewhere safer and more protected. It'll be worth it I swear. One of if not the worst place...

The owner mark muscleman is a greedy guy only caring about his income . They don’t work with you . Mark is also using all the funds to fund a mega apartment complex in Indy and not fixing the townhomes that are falling apart. He constantly firing apartment managers saying they are stealing his money when they haven’t . He goes through so many property managers it’s pathetic . Greedy ken only cars about himself and no one else . I hope he gets what’s coming to him. You're a couple days late to pay rent then they say they are going to start the eviction process . The two beds are falling apart from the outside in . Paint on the outside falling off wood around windows is falling off and brittle . The whole outside of the two beds needs remodeling but the owner says it’ll last two more years . The manager Marianne miller is a joke she’s as bad as the owner himself . She won’t work with you because her and and the owner just care about $$$$ two beds cost over 1100$ not worth what work needs to be done to the apartments . Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I would give the complex a negative...

In June I was looking for an apartment went there and met with the property manager she tells me then I’m approved after putting my application in and I would hear from her in two weeks. Three weeks went by numerous emails and phone calls and even texts and no response. I even emailed her boss with no luck. Then she finally answers and tells me that someone is moving out July 15th and I could come look then and could take it then if I wanted to or wait for them to clean it. Which I mean of course I want it cleaned. Then today I text her to see what the plan is and about move dates trying to work things out with my current place. I emailed her over a week ago regarding this with again no answer. Then today I get a response and find out there is a new property manager and this lady promised the apartment to multiple people!!!! I told my place my move out date and now I have no where to move. This is not cool at all. I believe I should be refunded my application...
