Absolutely ridiculous autopay system. If you pay after 4:30 which well... is most people who work a 9-5 job, and you've missed your payment that month for whatever reason guess what? Their system will not reconnect your internet service, you have to wait for someone to be physically in the building to call and have it reconnected.
Who in their right mind designs a system that can automatically take your money, give you a confirmation code, yet when you call after hours support they are unable to do anything with your confirmation code, unable to check if your account is current, and unable to reconnect your service.
Absolutely amateurish. Fix your automated system to automatically reconnect people's service when it takes their money.

   Read moreOn August 17th, our home had quite a lightning strike just outside of it in the early afternoon. The strike knocked out our internet and phone. My husband called SEI immediately and spoke with Peggy. Peggy dispatched Adam to our home within 20 minutes. He changed out our box and router and everything was back, up and running, quickly. Today, Peggy called to ask if everything was running well. This folks, is how textbook "excellent" customer service should be.
