I have an older model Compaq desktop computer which abruptly stopped working. I located Buckeye Computer Services from the internet. My call to them was returned in 15 minutes. The tech: Troy Alcorn walked me through a few things over the phone to see if it would respond. When it didn't, he informed me what the probable cause was (power supply) and began tracking down the necessary part while I was on the phone with him. A few days later he notified me that the part had arrived, we had already discussed cost. Troy had the computer repaired and up and running within an hour after I dropped it off for him. I have never dealt with such proficiency from any other repair outlet.
