So I visited the Clayton Choctaw plaza today and waited 20 minutes at hot food section where only one cashier was working. The female manager came over and helped her regular customer that was behind me. I started getting agitated since I come in two or three times a week and buy up the extra un-discounted breakfast products. The male manager is very polite and friendly. This manager was rude so when she helped others and I was the last customer I requested a $30 meal of chicken tenders with rolls. She said it comes with two side items. I explained I wanted my two sides to be rolls, she talked down to me as if I was a two year old running an imaginary circle over the sides exactly where the rolls were, telling me these are sides. I laughed and said yes I want a total of 12 tenders and 12 rolls. She said not for the $30 meal package because it messes up inventory. I said ok then I want 3 orders of 3 tenders and 9 rolls. She said not unless I pay extra for rolls and pick sides. I have bought orders of 3 tenders 1000's of times so I said screw it & went picked up a box of muffins and didn't spend my normal $50-100 in her store. She...

The store is part convenient store where u can get some oil and or gas for your car or maybe a candy bar for you. The other side is groceries where you can get anything from salt and pepper as well as other seasoning, to eggs, lunch meat, fresh fruits and vegetables, breads, and even a small selection of different types of fish, as well as briskets, chicken, steaks, pork chops, and ground beef. The store appeared very clean and the employees were pleasant and very helpful. When he came to help us, he did have gloves and a mask on, but the mask was under his nose. He touched everything enroute to the deli counter. He constantly touched his apron, never changing the.. also, there is a sign that clearly states that the slicers "must be sanitized after each use". This was clearly not the case. As he had to remove bits of deli meat from it prior to use.
