Dr. Thornton was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. She also answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend her if you need hearing aids. The thing that excited me the most is the TV device you can purchase. I watch a lot of TV and with this small device it will send the TV SOUND straight to your ears. I can hear it so much better. They stay charged all day too. And what's really cool is if you hit mute only you can hear it. So you can watch it all you want and not bother anyone around you. That is the second biggest selling point to me. The hearing aids were more expensive than I thought they would be, but they service so well with them also. Great place...

Dr. Palmer and staff provide excellent care. They are a top notch team taking care of my family’s hearing needs . Not only did they help me, but also my 96 year old father. My father, had been in the military and worked in noisy environments throughout his career at a time when hearing protection was not being used regularly . Having had hearing aids for years and still struggling to communicate, he was skeptical that there was anything that could improve his ability to hear others in conversation. With patience, care and knowledge, Dr. Palmer fit him with new aids that met his needs, and he is now participating in conversations again. I got my Dad back because of her. Thank you...

I've been wearing hearing aids since my 50's, about 20 years... lots of money spent unnecessarily due to the ineptness of the former company I used back in OH. I met Dr. Palmer at a Clayton networking group and knew that when I needed hearing aids again since moving south, she would be my first choice. Needless to say, I have never had such a thorough exam or detailed explanations. Patience, professionalism, smiles and humor at this office.
