Suck ever since they moved. They used to have a ton of great stuff now they just have random crap like they raided a 3 day yard sale on the last day after everyone took anything good. I wouldn't really bother writing a bad review over that but whoever is in charge of pricing has lost their mind. As we were about to leave a somewhat interesting looking 4' tall plastic rack got put out. I went over to look and it was $55!!! It was super wobbly too!!! Absolutely insane. There's a 7~ foot tall wooden rack that takes up about the same space, much sturdier, much nicer looking, and more shelved for $45. Absolutely insane.

Stopped in to check inventory, ended up buying a lock for my exterior door that's currently listed on Amazon for $100 more. The store is clean & well organized. It's a little on the small side so the inventory isn't as robust as the Raleigh location.

A bad experience that was partially due to store staff and another customer. Prices on two out of three items where not on set of cabinets I wanted to purchase. While waiting on the staff to help me and get pricing, another couple walked in and looked at 2 of the same items I was waiting on pricing. The clerk knew I wanted these items and had been waiting for them patiently to assist me. Instead the wife of the other couple kept insisting that they were hers and that I was out of luck. In hindsight I should have stood my ground more and would have appreciated the staff also supporting by confirming I had been looking at the same products and waiting assistance instead of the blank stare they provided when they realized we both wanted to buy the same product. I can’t fault the staff completely, the other customer should have had the curtesy to step aside after I told her and she saw me with the clerk...

I would give this location two stars if it wasn't for the people who work there. The lady at the front who was working the cash register was very nice and so was a man who was cleaning the floors. Very friendly folks and it's not their fault that this place is way overpriced. I see that the managerial response to a review was that you try to offer i items 30 to 50% less than retail. I saw items in the store that were more than retail. I did however end up buying some books. The artwork that's hanging up on the wall is outrageously priced this is stuff from like the '80s early '90s and it's $25 a picture. Come on guys you can do better than that.. I have been there twice and both times I was thinking that the prices were too high, the first time they had just opened so I was going to give them a chance to start marking stuff down. I'm not counting it out yet but it will not be one of my...
