XAOS is a whole vibe. I’ve been getting tattooed for 27 years and this was hands down the most relaxed and welcoming space I’ve ever been in. The energy in the shop is calm, creative, and grounded. It’s not chaotic or loud. Everyone there seems to respect the craft and each other genuinely. Jess was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and you can tell that this shop is built on a passion for artistry.

I got tattooed by Taylor, and her line work is crisp and clean. She has a gift for turning ideas into real art. I came in with a memory that mattered to me, and she created a design that felt personal and intentional. She listens, she cares, and her attention to detail shows in every inch of the design.

The whole experience felt like what tattooing should be. Comfortable, thoughtful, and art-driven. If you’re looking for a shop where you can breathe, be yourself, and walk out with something you’re proud to wear...

When I first walked in, I was shocked. It’s not your typical tattoo shop. There’s a boutique in front (yes , I bought a top) and a very well decorated tattoo shop fills the back. My husband really appreciated the fact that there are couches right at the tattooing area, instead of the usual uncomfortable chairs. It’s a really nice shop! I’m not sure if the art is for sale, but there’s some nice pieces there.

On to the artist: Kassi I love tattoos and hate, HaTe, HATE needles!!! I’ve even tried the numbing stuff before that makes it a little better. It’s not needed with Kassi, aka That Doll Face. She has what I call Angel Fingers. Very nice thin line work, with on point shading. And she takes the time to make things perfect. What more could you ask for?

I had a great feeling prior my visit to this shop. My artist Jess is the owner of the shop. She came highly recommended to me. Many questions were asked as we prepared for my appointment. I loved that she was able to develop my vision through her online set appointment set up process. This shop has a calming atmosphere. Far different from a traditional tattoo shop. Its much more than that. Perfect lighting, and easy listening music——far different from the nosiness and loudness I’ve experienced in other shops. Jess took her time explaining the tattoo processes as she sterilized her area. We made sure the drawing was to perfection and in the right place on my skin. Conversation was great.
