Trading Post — Local services in Cleburne

The prices you pay here are totally outrageous. I do understand your paying for the convenience of being in the middle of nowhere but if they just get a price and stick with it instead of back and forth everyday charging you this and charging you that for the same thing you buy every day it would be helpful. Kind of leads me to believe that someone is sticking something in their pockets. And to the best of my knowledge there gas tanks have not been changed in over 4 years. Always get water in my gas , my lawn mower, Weedeater and anything like that I buy gas from up there. Ends up costing me more in the long run. So I just go on up the road to the next store where I know they're gas is good. Just hate to see all those people that are loading gas in their boats and their four wheelers just to find out it's going to cost them more in the long run for repairs. It used to be a pretty good place to go to get the things you needed and know you were going to be screwed over. Those days are long gone now now we just do what we have to do....

Just past closing, owner's headed out the door, ready to go home when we pulled up, so close to running out of gas. He was so sweet and went back inside and turned the pump on for us so we wouldn't end up stranded. Very...
