Called from NE Ohio to inquire about a particular item I had seen on their website and wanted to order. The nice lady who answered the phone actually went back to the stock room to make sure they still had the item before I ordered it. Their ad was very clear that being an older item batteries were dead and there was no guarantee it still worked. I took the risk (I'm very happy to say the item worked as expected upon replacing the batteries). The item was here in about a week, in perfect condition and neatly packaged.
