Initially pleased...ultimately very disappointed! Web site was very easy to use. Found my part straight away. Went to order it, and was given an option to add two other commonly ordered parts to my order. In this case, the parts suggested were wear parts, and as all I had to do was click the "ADD SELECTED ITEMS TO CART" which already had the parts selected for me. (See attached photo) I checked on one of the parts suggested, and it checked out, so I added the parts to my order. Parts arrived very promptly, install went smoothly....until I went to install the upper felt seal. It was different looking than my worn one, but I figured they had made an improvement to the part as it looked as if it did fit. I glued it on and could not get the drum installed. I called customer support and was told "you ordered the wrong part." I stated that I ordered the right part and it was part of a kit they created for me and encouraged me to add to my order. I was then told that the part in question was only a suggestion, and that it was not the actual part number I needed. I said that the other part (a belt) was correct, and was told that this was just a "coincidence." If your going to suggest that a customer add specific items to their cart by a single click---then suggest the right parts! While the woman I spoke to was pleasant, there was little sympathy nor offer of recompense. The wrong part they sent was almost double the price, and there was no offer of a return or credit.    Read moreSo, the below is my previous review, but I had to edit it. After I posted, a customer service representative emailed me. She apologized, said it was too late to get a quicker shipping for me, BUT they would refund my shipping and take 10% off my order. I so appreciate that and her attention to good service, but I am still without a washer for as long as it takes to get the correct part. After talking with a customer service representative on the phone, I ordered the part for my washer. It came and was not the correct part for my washer. I called back, was on hold for a long time, finally got someone, and he told me, yes, they told me the wrong part, and to take apart my washer to make sure that time time I got the right part, even though I had the model number and the serial number. Which we did. Now my washer is in various parts waiting for repair. Yes, the company is refunding my money for the wrong part, but offered nothing else in way of apology (quicker shipping on the new part would have been nice, but they said I could order that quicker shipping, but I would have to pay for it myself). Also their videos are useless, being "generic". Had to go to the maytag site to find out how to take the front off the washer. I NEED my washer......but will not pay an exorbitant amount for faster shipping for something that was their fault. Poor...

The day after I placed my order I received a phone call and an email saying that I needed to reach out to them to confirm my purchase, and if they did not hear back from me in three days they would cancel my order. I called them back and they wanted to confirm my order by requesting my order number, billing address, mailing address, what item I ordered, the exact dollar amount of the order and lastly the last 4 digits of my credit card. (Please don't forget that there is a hold on my account so they already know the funds are available.) I felt it was ridiculous to give them the last 4 of my credit card and drew the line there. The representative told me they were checking because my billing (P.O. Box) and mailing were different. I agreed to cancel the order and resubmit it with matching billing and mailing address. The representative then told me that still wouldn't resolve my issue. After speaking with Walt W., their call center supervisor, he explained to me that the "algorithm" selects some new accounts and mismatched billing/ mailing address to call and reconfirm all information that a customer has already given.
