UPDATE Dropped from 3-stars to 1-star Received a phone call from Don (sales manager) Really nice and friendly, and I didn't know what to expect. Of course, he needed something. The GPS tracker that was still in my truck, they needed to remove it. So he was all smiles and friendly. I ask about a refund check that im owed and have yet to receive. He finds out the same thing that I've been told for months now. The same Excuse everytime! I get there he removes the GPS tracker, I'm on my way. Quick and easy process. Over a week later I message him (text) about the refund check that I STILL haven't received for over 2 months!!! He read the message and failed to reply, call, follow-up or anything.! This update is now several days after I text him. Ample time to atleast reply saying he is looking into it etc. Complete TRASH of Customer Service. I will escalate this once again!
Wow.. Where to begin.. I'm only allowed 1 review, so it will be mixed. We have done business here (2) different times. The first time, we traded in a 2022 Nissan Rogue that was paid for, title in hand for a 2022 Ford Explorer Timberline. The transaction went well. We went back and forth with numbers for a bit, and then we finally agreed. Jessica W. Was our sales lady, and she did everything she could and then some to earn our business. Which she did earn our business. So she was the one we asked for when we came back. There was a new sales manager in the store this time. We met him as well. We were looking at trading in our 2024 GMC Sierra 2500hd(still owed some on it) for a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500. We had quite a bit of equity in the truck, so we got the 1500 and had some money owed to us. Similar to the first transaction, we went back and forth with the numbers until we were 100% satisfied. They gave us more for our trade and came down on the price of their truck some until it made it for everyone involved. That was the easy part. Fast forward a few weeks now. We still have not received the check for the money they owed us. Multiple messages back and forth, I was getting the vibe that I was "bothering the sales manager." This started to aggravate me. He read my messages, but he would not respond for hours. So I called him out on it, then he finally told me he was off that day. Instead of telling me that from the beginning (I would completely understand), I tell him this, then he quits messaging back completely. Another week goes by, I start asking about the check, (the truck has been paid off for a week now and has been cleared off my account completely). He does message back pretty quickly this time, says he will check on it. Less than 5 minutes, he tells me they will not cut the check until they receive the title on our trade-in. I don't know if this is normal business for them or not, but it is very inconvenient. I didn't ask when we were signing the paper work, but I was told, "it usually takes a couple of weeks". Now it has been 3 weeks, going on the fourth week. Almost a month! Still no check. Very disappointed how this transaction turned out. I can't claim Jessica, I feel like she has done what she could for me.
-I don't guess it's any fault of the dealership, but I've put about $700 in parts into this (GMC SIERRA 1500) truck already. Things that I knew were wrong with it before I bought it. There is still a noise that i havent figured out coming from under the truck, but the mechanics drove it a couple of days later when I came back up there and they blaimed the noise on some wheels/tires that were in the back of the truck. Tires have been removed and guess what, still makes a clunking noise. Now I'll have to figure it out when I find time.
Overall, satisfied with the truck and with our sales lady, but NOT SATISFIED with the customer service after the deal was made, by the sales manager.. šš What a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis dealership is scamming people. Donāt waste your time or money going there. They currently have a bronco listed online that I was planning to purchase at the advertised price. Last weekend my mom was in the area briefly so she went to look at it and test drive it for me, the salesman I have been talking to was not there. Yesterday, I drove 4 hours to go purchase the vehicle, cash in hand, only to find rude people and 6K in added fees. First of all I was completely ignored by the salesman I have been trying to work with over the phone, AJ. He was so rude to myself and my son on the test drive. One question I asked, he even said āDidnāt they go over all that with your mom last weekend ?ā He didnāt offer us the water, ice cream, a place to sit, anything yet I heard him offer these things to another gentleman there, guess because Iām a single mom in there with my son and he didnāt think I could buy the bronco. AJ was also not very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He didnāt show us any of the features, ect. instead acted annoyed. In text messaging throughout the week he had sent many discrepancies about the vehicle. They have posted it online differently as both a 2.6 L V6 and a 2.3L. I have screenshots of both. AJ also at one point disappeared. I asked to talk to the sales manager, Don and he looked for AJ, tried to call him again. Then instead of sitting down with me, the sales manager Don, took us back to a different sales desk to talk to Jessica. She mentioned loudly in front of Don, āOh yeah isnāt your mom in the pipeline business and was here last weekend.ā Funny thing is, mom never mentioned that, guess they did some digging after she left because she left her information. In all Jessica was really nice. She offered to take off $400 of the āmandatoryā added fees and give us a free tank of gas. Lol. Needless to say I came home and didnāt purchase from them! This dealership trying to ADD $6,000 IN EXTRA FEES, ECT TO THE ADVERTISED PRICE IS UNACCEPTABLE! Also they are 100% profiling people and treat customers very...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePushy liars!!! I bought my car from them about a year ago. I looked online and found the car I wanted emailed them all of my info and they said they could get me into it with no problem. When I got there they showed me every car except for the one I was looking for. I got irritated and stopped them I told them "this is the car I want this is the one you said you can get me into and this is the one I'm leaving with or nothing". They finally said they could get me into it with $500 more down than what I was willing to do so I told them I would leave and think about it but probably wouldn't be back. All of a sudden they could make the deal I was willing to make. I never had any problems after that. I referred my parents because they were wanting to buy brand new vehicles with cash. My dad called to set up an appointment to see a F350 king ranch in white, they said they had it. When he got there they had some gold white color (that he did not like) and they said they had just sold the white one (lie). My dad was okay with it although not the color he wanted (paying cash you should get what you want). They then said they would give him all these free accessories, after drawing up the paperwork it was clear that they were actually charging him for them. When he pointed this out they spoke to him like he was stupid until he realized my dad was right. They drew up the paperwork again and my parents signed after being there ALL DAY. They were supposed to go back the next week to pay and pick up the vehicles. The next day they thought about it and went to another dealership that was so much easier to deal with and got them into exactly what they wanted for a better price. My mom called to let Anderson know but she had a doctor appointment and couldn't really talk. Since then my dad has been getting harassing phone calls and texts from the sales man calling him a liar and a coward. I will never refer anyone else to these scumbags and I myself will not step foot in that...
