Dollar General — Local services in Cleveland

Terrible staff, watched an employee named Haley on her phone when I walked in, didn't greet me, very shortly after another customer walks up to pay, she is in the aisle and he has to find her and ask her to check her out (pretty normal stuff). Then I get my items and the same thing happens to me, but she wasn't where she was before. I'm not going to run through an entire store searching for an employee because its not my job, I say hello like 4 times after like 5 minutes, each time increasing my volume. Eventually someone named Barbra walks up very polite and kind and goes to find Haley. She says there is another customer waiting at the cash register, and Barbra then tells me she is coming. Another minute and a half goes by and she still isn't at the cash register. I find Barbra who checks me out very kindly after telling her I'm still not getting any help. Then finally Haley walks up and is like "I said I was coming" to Barbra (very rudley btw, Haley is in the wrong not Barbra). Haley finishes the transaction not saying a word to me and when handing me back my change does so kind of aggressivly like I came in and ruined her day by getting her to do her job. Do yourself a favor...

The curly headed fat blonde headed girl is so rude and unprofessional. They have 12 packs of bud light with two separate prices. 11 dollars and 15 dollars. They over charged me and charged me for the 15 dollar price. When I came back and asked about it. The fat curly headed blonde girl starts yelling and saying it's not their fault. Well it definitely isn't my fault I'm just a customer who got screwed out of my money and she was so unprofessional. So I cussed her out.Glad I made her run back in the office she should have never came out running her mouth. The Asian lady is always so nice and professional. Everytime I have ever came in and she is working. She's always smiling and so nice and polite she knows good customer service. I have been a repeat customer for over a decade but now I will never be returning because of the manager Matthew and the fat blonde girl. Mathew is definitely not a good manager. If you ever want my business again I would need my 3 dollars back that Y'all stole from me. And I would need to know that Mathew and the fat. Blonde girl have been reprimanded for their bad attitudes and horrible...

And here we are once again reviewing EVERY DOLLAR GENERAL I can find! Today's store, located in a nice and some what sparse area in between two counties, right off the highway. The outside appears some how fresh, probably due to the fact it was built, say... 4 days prior (it was actually a rainforest 6 days ago). I am thinking that Dollhair-Gee employs ants when popping these stores up, because God knows how they get there so quickly. Parking lot was swept (±1 star automatic for me, kudo) and here's another 🌟 for stock being on the shelves and the stuff that was not was tucked away out of the way. The staff was friendly and asked how my day has been and I love that. I rarely see a fourth 🌟 in my DG adventures but this one gets one more, because they had Antibacterial wipes in stock and a bathroom that smelled like an 🍎. Travel the extra .2 miles to come here instead of the one next door if you live nearby. It's worth the...
