Great park for baseball and softball. Here is some info from the Precinct 4 website:

Ipes Road Park, located at 15709 Park Road , Splendora, Texas, 77372, is a 32 acre facility consisting of five lighted baseball fields, five softball fields with two concession stands, restrooms, playground, picnic area, large covered pavilion and ample parking. The park also includes one 300 foot adult field with concession stand and restrooms.

It was clean and everything was pretty well maintained except for the ball.fields. They were awful. Not.one time did anyone from the tournament rake the fields. Probably cause you would needed an entire ground crew and new dirt to put down. Someone is.going to have a terrible knee or ankle...

It's quiet here. Close but far enough away from route 59 so the noise isn't a bother. There are 4 or 5 baseball diamonds plus a small playground as well. The entrance could be a little more apparent to those coming here. All in...
