If I could give Rudy in Parts & Derrick in Service at The Rv Station in Cleveland Tx a 100 rating instead of the only highest offered selection of 5, I would. Let me start by saying that we had just sold our rv to someone a few days prior , on a weekend, then found we had an issue when the City water hook up was being used. The water started back filling into the fresh water tank & over flowing.We were not going to let the new owners pick it up with that issue. At first we thought that the check valve in the water pump was bad. Beings it was on the weekend we opted to order a ck valve on lineā¦it came in Sunday but was broke on arrival. We then decided to just replaced the pump since we wanted to get it to the āpatiently waiting ā new owners. This did not fix it so we called Rudy at The Rv Station we talked about putting in an external ck valve..again no fix. So we thought maybe pressure regulator was the culpritā¦changed it, but nope. Rudy had conferred w Derrick in Service & asked us several āprocess of elimination ā questions. I believe they both were doubtful the external ck valve & pressure regulator were the problem but WE wanted to try any way. When I called Rudy back to let him know that they were right & that we were at our wits end! It had to b something simple. Well Rudy wasnāt going to just wish us luck & let it go. He went & conferred with Derrick again, then even tho he was busy & itās like 4:45 pm, Derrick dug in & started researching our rv itself. A 2021 Flagstaff . He called & asked if we had a Shower miser on the shower headā¦umm, whatās that I asked & what does it look like? Well low & behold after his description, it had a shower miser. It was in the on position & was causing the the back fill into the fresh water tank. Soooā¦not problem whatsoever w the rv. Both Rudy & Derrick both could have just ālet it goā & gone home at 5ā¦they didnāt. They are both a credit to their jobs & that dedication to problem solving is not something you see much these days. David Grossman and the other staff members at RV Station, made all of those anxieties disappear once my wife and I arrived at the dealership. There were no āifs ands or butsā. The coach I was trading for was already prepped, cleaned and ready to go upon my arrival. RV Station actually underrepresented this coach because it looked much nicer than the photos. (Lol). They had a professional staff member (who was very familiar with diesel pushers) go over everything with us.
When it came down to the numbersā¦. Everything that was discussed over the phone, was followed through upon my arrival at RV Station! There were no āsales fluffā or pushing expensive aftermarket products on us. David Gossman, the manager I had been speaking with prior to making this trip, is truly a man of his word - thatās extremely important in the sales arena today.
We drove away from there in our new Coach extremely satisfied with our purchase as well as our experience during the purchase.
You will not find an another RV dealer that that offers low prices at such high quality. Believe me, Iāve checked and had to drive over 1100...

Dealing with Jay Rich in sales was great. No high pressure and answered all of my questions. He even pulled up my VIN number on my truck and did all of the research needed to make sure I had enough truck and power to pull a 5th wheel and he right on it. It pulls like a dream!! Then I did a total walk through with Clayton Waters that took over two hours. I learned more than I thought I knew. Then after working with James Hubble in service, I was sold on just how professional they handle their business. After doing a trial run with the camper, I wanted a few things adjusted and he told me to bring it right in and he'll take care of it. I dropped it off and it was ready the next day. I was expecting a long delay but it was not in the cards for James. Bottom line....I have 2 RV Stations that are closer for me to bring my RV in for service, but due to the folks over at RV Station in Cleveland Tx, I will be driving further for their service and business. Thanks Jay, Clayton, & James for the extra attention you provide for your customers. Its hard to find an RV shop that will give you the service that you guys do. BTW....We are loving the 5th wheel!!!!
