The store mandated customer mask use.The staff don't wear mask nor have Covid cubbies.The meat prices were too high as usually..I usually only Manager special meat here.There was only one line open until10 people were waiting. We all agreed that long lines and one to two registers is usually the case here. They have a Covid restroom policy that does not allow customers to use their restrooms. It is actually taped up with a broken sign attached. They can breathe on us,take our money and refuse us access to their restrooms. I am sensitive to this as I have Chronic Kidney Disease.I usually use have to use stores restrooms at least twice while I shop. I always experience Chronic pain and humiliating accidents if I don't. I had an urinary accident on my way home that my downstairs neighbor witnessed.She and her family will not let me live it down till this time next year. I go before I leave,wear hygiene products.I walk and push my cart for exercise.I don't have food home delivered because most of their reviews suck.I also need to destress that walk helps. My apartment has Mold that I recently was informed that am highly allergic to Mold. I get out and walk to exercise, breathe fresh air and save money. THANKS Save a Lot. Your policy didnot save my pants or my dignity.Back to Walmart, Rose's and Aldi's I go. I am able to use their restooms but I can't walk there. Read moreAll I wanted to do was pick up my Amazon packages. This location is supposed to close at 8pm or 9pm, something like that but it's 5:38pm and they are closed. No sign, nothing just locked doors and a whole lot of people like 🤷🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️ this is so annoying and super inconvenient, at least have a sign or a representative to explain that this location is closed......and then I return at 8am for the door to be locked again with no sign and nobody at least telling customers what's going on. All I want is my Amazon packages. This is absolutely ridiculous. I see 3 employees inside but no one at the door. Extremely unprofessional. I will be calling corporate........After 3 days of trying I was able to get my packages and do a little shopping. The inside was clean and bright and the entire staff was engaging and helpful. Read moreVery sad customer service ,I went in here at 8/1/24 the manager was more concerned with opening new boxes instead of assisting the customers there was one line almost to the back of the store, when the manager was finally found she put a cashier on the line and left so quickly she was unable to know, that the cashiers register wasn't working properly ! At any other store I shop at when a manager clearly sees the store is backed up , they help out by ringing themselves or making sure, that they're are enough cashiers up and ready, the manager was not apologetic to customers being incovienced what so ever, if my client hadn't needed the items today I would have left them right there!
