EXTREMELY POOR customer service!! They have 2 signs, one inside next to the pay out window & another outside the door, that both say “we accept our last customer @ 4:30pm”! However, i show up at 4:20 with 5 aluminum wheels & a box of copper, yet the lady behind the window rudely stated she was shutting the computers down, & 2 of the workers basically just repeated what she said. I politely responded stating what i had & should be printing my check before 4:30, but they proceeded to get loud trying to push me out the door. So when i asked for their supervisor/owner, they called the police.
