Called April 20 around 3:14PM or so, got there not long after,walked in and the guy wrote down my info.I asked when can u see my truck he reply I won't be able to take the truck in until 7PM .I was not too happy to have to wait 3Hrs just to take it in. At 9:30 PM NO ONE HAS CALL ME .SO I CALLED TO SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. THE GUY THAT ANSWER THE PHONE SAID YOUR appointment is for the next day at 7AM, THINGS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD AT THIS POINT. BUT I SAID OK LETS COME BACK TOMORROW SO THE 21 OF APRIL 2021 JUST BEFORE 7AM I DROVE INTO THE PARKING LOT TALKED TO THE GUY AT THE COUNTER AND HE GOT THE TRUCK IN THE SHOP 10 MINUTES LATER I WAS HOPEFUL THAT NO MORE ISSUES WILL COME UP.BUT I WAS WRONG AROUND 12PM I ASKED FOR AN UPDATE ABOUT THE TRUCK WAS TOLD THAT NEEDED TO ORDER SOME PARTS FOR THE NEXT DAY I SAID OK CAN I GET A RIDE TO THE MOTEL DOWN THE ROAD IS ABOUT 6 MILES AND HE SAID SURE AS SOON AS THE PARTS DELIVERY GUY COME BACK FROM HIS RUN THIS WAS GOING TO BE AROUND 4Pm so I waited and when the time came no one was available to take me to the motel. It's now 6PM AND ASKED THE GUY AT THE COUNTER CAN ANYBODY GIVE ME A RIDE TO THE MOTEL AND THE GUY AT THE COUNTER SAID YEAH I WAS THINKING GOOD BUT THEN HE SAID I WAS GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR A 6 MILE RIDE TO THE MOTEL. NOW I'M NOT HAPPY A ALL. I ASKED UNTIL MIDNIGHT FOR A SIX MILES RIDE?THE GUY HAPPYLY REPLY YES. I WAS BEYOND MY WITT'S WITH THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT AND CARELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED AT THE THIS POINT I SAID JUST GIVE ME MY TRUCK BACK SO I CAN DRIVE TO THE MOTEL. BEFORE THESE EVENTS MY COMPANY TRIED TO GET AN UBER AND I TRIED TO GET A TAXI NEITHER WOULD COME TO PICK ME UP . JUST NOT ENOUGH OF A PROFIT I GET IT. BUT FOR THE KENWORTH DEALER TO MAKE ME WAIT FOR 4HRS THE 20TH AND ALL DAY for THE 21th just for a 6 MILES ride. Very unprofessional. Called this dealership, they were friendly, actually said they wanted my business. They set appointment for the same evening. I literally drove past the dealer in Ohio. These folks took me in as soon as I arrived. First problem was fixed. Second problem could not be done until morning. Let me pull out and spend the night in the truck. Back in in the morning, they had to spend most of the on an intermittent electrical problem. But, they have a very nice drivers lounge.
