I don’t even want to give this pharmacy any stars, but I’ll atleast say for the 1 point is for the ladies at the front desk, when you first walk in. I love to support local businesses, first and foremost. I work very hard for every dime I have, to come into this store with all the beautiful retail, I would love to. No longer will I ever support this location, there is a very big communication problem here and I wouldn’t make a deal out of it, but it’s every time I call. Person on the phone says I can get my medication, then get there and it’s a whole different conversation. I must say that every time I walk to the back everyone looks like they are not happy and are very rude. And the pharmacist Sunnie , is extremely rude and really needs to work with her coworkers on the level of communication. I can’t tell you how many other people I know feel the same way , and have actually moved pharmacist because of this very problem. When I look at the reviews , all the good ones are from 6 years ago, so that says something in its on way! When I have a problem and ask to speak to the owner, they will give me her name, but she is almost impossible to get in touch with !! And when I did see her in the store before I made it to the back she was “gone” I drove around to the back where sunnie approached me with almost like I was doing something wrong, instead I seen a man sitting in his truck, I asked him if he was owner he said yes so I’m assuming this is the husband of Wimberly Gayle, I spoke to him a little about why I wanted to have a conversation to her, gave him my number and name and asked him to please ask her to give me a call, I’m still waiting on that call. Don’t think I will get it. But what I can do it sit at the car wash beside the pharmacy and I will post a PICTURE of how many people were satisfied with their visit. I can’t stand the way they JUDGE and TREAT people! Hopefully Wimberly Gayle will see this and take her customers more seriously, as well as her son, who accused me of abusing my medication, instead of asking what’s going on, he didn’t care to help or even have a halfway good attitude!!!! I don’t abuse my medication, it was stolen from me and he alone needs to remember the CUSTOMER is what keeps your store afloat! I really hope the ugliest attitudes can get resolved. I will never step foot in this store again! Fix your attitudes and atleast one day out of the week be happy at your job instead of taking your problems out in the hand of the people who continue to keep this pharmacy afloat. Hometown Pharmacy in Zachary, will always get my vote now, thanks to the...
Read moreBought my daughter some allergy medicine & noticed it was expired. I took it back and the Asst. Mgr. Tony processed the refund but never once came and apologized to me or anything. The employee came to give me my money back bc they didnt have anymore of that kind and I made the comment "that's a little unacceptable for a pharmacy don't ya think" the employee laughed in my face and said "yeah I guess" then rolled her eyes. I called up there to speak to the Mgr/owner & the owner Mrs. Wimberly advised me that she was sitting right there & seen nothing wrong with how the situation was handled. This is the only pharmacy in our small little town & this is how they treat their customers. I'm even more upset over the fact this was medicine for...
