Orientation is great first 3 days but last 2 are a joke with ladies upstairs.they dont teach you how to log into computers,leads and supervisors won't teach you, you are expected to go to computer and type in why you weren't running for every single minute obviously you aren't playing if you have 1 minute downtime all nite as you may have to separate parts with pry bar or your looking at quality, the supers and leads on 2nd,in laser dept,really suck,on so many levels, you dont get time to check your parts,quality ppl dont check them either, one short runty man was wanting his little star by trying to find defects but yet following shifts weren't grinding his supposed parts that needed grinding, he should be let go first. If you want ppl to stay you must treat them with respect. And teach what wasn't taught in Orientation. All leads in lasers need...
