I came here after asking if anyone in town was using Instagram for business and getting clear results. The Chamber of Commerce told me of Rebecca's of Clinton and what I found was a leading local owned store truly listening to their customers want and needs. They got into using Instargram because one of their younger customers wanted them to use it and let them know of what is new. Being responsive they set it up on a phone and now use it every day with a tablet with creative specials, what is new, asking opinions of their customers and much more. This is a wonderful example how a local owned business willing to learn some new items can truly compete with a big box store not as personally connected to their customers. Purchased a beautiful formal dress for my daughter that was unfortunately too big for her around the chest area. I called and asked if could return with the receipt and the gentleman that I spoke with told me that I could get store credit or purchase something else. Well I later talked to the woman “his wife” letting her know everything and she asked for my number to look up and denied me saying purchase was final no returns! Still have dress and receipt in closet from the month of March. Very disappointing being Ive always rented bounce houses from this business and after this experience I will not recommend anyone...
