I had probably one of the worst experiences inside of an establishment that I’ve ever been into. I took my handicap friend here today who is very excited and loves talking to people about RC cars. We happen to pull in today and get a flat tire as we were on our way there to pick up parts While there, my buddy who is mentally impaired gets super excited and starts talking to a customer that is in The store if you did not know my friend, you would probably think that he is a drug addict, but he is not and it’s sad that he is constantly judged the shop. Owner tells my friend he is not allowed to talk to his customers. My best friend states this is an RC shop. Where are we going to go talk about RC‘s other than an RC shop, I had to buy and hold my tongue cause I was waiting on AAA to come fix my tire and I didn’t want the shop owner to get mad about what I was going to say out loud. SCAM ALERT - Extremely over priced and when asked about it, owner LIES about it and then blocks your phone number after politely asking why. I was charged $70 more than everywhere else including other area in-person hobby shops. When the owner finally ADMITS OVERCHARGING but says he doesn’t care, he blocks your phone number and says you’re no longer welcome in the shop. Went today 8/6/22 around 4:00 according to Google and signs on the door they were supposed to b open until 5:00 today. They were closed tried calling the number on the door got no answer and wasn't able to leave message due to it being full. Was not very happy since they r the closest to me and it's an hourcdrive for me to get there. Trying to get into the hobby makes it hard when they r not open during the hours...
