YOU ARE TOLD EITHER THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR OWNER APPROVAL AND (OWNER IS NEVER THERE), OR MONEY GRAM IS NOT WORKING, BUT THE 15 TIMES I HAVE DRIVEN THERE TO DO MONEY GRAM I AM TOLD THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR OWNER SO I HAVE TO COME BACK.
